SingSpace uses Movistar (Telefónica) carrier billing in Mexico. Instead of entering card details, your SingSpace subscription is charged to your Movistar account, so signing up takes seconds.

How carrier billing works

On the sign-up page, enter and confirm your mobile number.

Approve the subscription

Follow the on-screen step to approve charging your mobile account.

Start singing

Your subscription activates immediately and the charge appears on your mobile account.

Good to know

SingSpace is a recurring subscription that continues until you cancel. Two plans are available — MXN 30/week (Telefónica Prepaid) or MXN 100/month (Telefónica Postpaid) — and your plan is confirmed before you continue at sign-up.

SingSpace is billed to your Movistar (Telefónica) account: MXN 30/week or MXN 100/month, recurring until cancelled. No card payment is required; payment is made using Movistar carrier billing. Cancel anytime: manage your subscription, or email soporte@singspace-mx.com.

How to cancel

  • Manage your subscription. Check and manage your SingSpace subscription to stop the renewal whenever you like.
  • By email. Email soporte@singspace-mx.com with your request and our team will cancel your subscription.
