What does SingSpace include?
Your SingSpace subscription unlocks the whole social karaoke app: public and private live rooms, visual effects, a real-time audience with applause and gifts, on-screen lyrics across many genres, plus duets and a practice mode with vocal scoring. Everything is included in one recurring fee; there are no extra per-song purchases.
How do live rooms work?
You can join public rooms with people from across Mexico, or create a private room to sing just with your friends. Rooms have a live audience, so you get reactions, applause and gifts in real time while you sing.
What genres are on SingSpace?
Many genres to sing: Latin pop, regional Mexican, ballads, reggaeton, rock in Spanish, English pop, cumbia, boleros, duets and a kids section. We describe genres and general categories only.
Does SingSpace have content for children?
Yes. There is a section with gentle, easy-to-follow songs made for singing as a family. Because everything is part of your one subscription, there are no surprise per-song charges while you sing.
How was I subscribed?
You signed up through the secure sign-up page and confirmed the subscription through your mobile account. As soon as that finished, your account was activated with full access to rooms and the library.
How much does it cost?
SingSpace is a recurring subscription billed to your Movistar account. Two plans are available: MXN 30 per week (Telefónica Prepaid) or MXN 100 per month (Telefónica Postpaid). Your plan and amount are confirmed on the sign-up page before you continue. There is no free trial.
What devices does SingSpace support?
SingSpace runs on most modern smartphones, tablets and PCs. Sign in with your account and sing across the devices you already own.
How do I contact support?

How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime in three ways: manage your subscription to stop the renewal, call our customer care hotline, or email soporte@singspace-mx.com. Your subscription stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
